The purpose of the Plainfield Family Success Center is to enrich the lives of children and adults by making families and neighborhoods stronger.

Staff from the PFSC attend various local and statewide meetings; serve on many taskforces and subcommittees; as well as providing technical assistance and support for two local consortiums: Plainfield Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies, HM/HB) Plainfield Initiative for Early Childhood Educational Services, (PIECES).
Family Success Centers (FSC) is a warm and welcoming, neighborhood-based gathering places that creates home-like environments for community residents with the goal of strengthening families, providing family support, and the prevention of child abuse and neglect. FSCs exist to assist families by providing free and voluntary prevention services that encourage family interaction, through workshops, activities, groups and linkages to services.
El Centro de Familias Exitosas(FSC) es un lugar cálido y acogedor, que en el vecindario crea un ambiente con entorno hogareño para para los residentes de la comunidad con el objetivo de fortalecer a las familias, brindar apoyo familiar y prevenir el abuso y la negligencia infantil. El FSC está para ayudar a las familias proporcionando servicios de prevención gratuitos y voluntarios que fomentan la interacción familiar a través de talleres, actividades, grupos y vínculos con los servicios.
